Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Minneapolis, MN)

Amberfield Stone Health is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
