Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Minneapolis, MN)

Harborlight Maple Medical is a Minneapolis company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 244 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
