Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Minneapolis, MN)

Nova Vista Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for treatment plant data. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
