Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Minneapolis, MN)

Cedar Umber Health is a healthcare provider in Minneapolis with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
