Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Minneapolis, MN)

Bright Sparrow Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Minneapolis focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for service installations. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
