Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Minneapolis, MN)

Greenridge Linden Foods produces packaged foods at its Minneapolis plant, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
