Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Minneapolis, MN)

Highbridge Haven Medical Group is a Minneapolis company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for production lots. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Certification in compliance or audit.
