Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Milwaukee, WI)

Silverline Fox Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Milwaukee producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for release testing. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
