Fernwood Stone Transit Planning is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 197 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
