Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Milwaukee, WI)

Westbrook Quarry Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Milwaukee with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 319 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for weigh tickets. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
