Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Milwaukee, WI)

Lumen Juniper Civic Services works with county and city offices around Milwaukee, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
