Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Milwaukee, WI)

Westbrook Union Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Milwaukee, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
