Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Milwaukee, WI)

Fernwood Mill Foods is a Milwaukee food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for allergen controls. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
