Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Drift Transit Planning and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
