Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Redstone Keystone Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
