Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Willow Pharma Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 766 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for clinical studies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
