Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Miami, FL)

Bluepeak Lantern Water Authority is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for water quality, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 288 people based in Miami. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for water quality. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
