Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Miami, FL)

Ironwood Sparrow Energy Group is an energy provider in Miami focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
