Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Miami, FL)

Silverline Rook Medical designs and makes medical devices in Miami. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people based in Miami. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
