Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Miami, FL)

Fernwood West Care Services provides in-home and community support in Miami. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Miami. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
