Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Memphis, TN)

Lumen Ashton Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Memphis, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 713 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for customer specifications. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
