Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Memphis, TN)

Greenridge Lakeside Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Memphis design routes and schedules, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 183 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
