Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Memphis, TN)

Greenridge Mill Health provides primary and specialty care in Memphis, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
