Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Memphis, TN)

Cedar Inspection Services is an inspection company in Memphis with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
