Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Bright Mill Foods and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
