Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Madison, WI)

Cedar Fern Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around Madison, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 509 people based in Madison. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
