Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Madison, WI)

Bluepeak Linden Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Madison area. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
