Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Northwind Bridge Foods Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer specifications. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
