Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Bridge Environmental Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
