Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Madison, WI)

Bright Wren Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Madison area, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 76 people based in Madison. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
