Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Summit Oak Foods Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
