Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Madison, WI)

Harborlight Meadow Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Madison, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
