Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Madison, WI)

Ironwood Mill Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Madison area. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
