Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Madison, WI)

Ironwood Basin Health provides primary and specialty care in Madison. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
