Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Madison, WI)

Lumen Quarry Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Madison working with agencies and riders, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
