Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Louisville, KY)

Clearpath River Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Louisville. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for capital projects. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
