Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Louisville, KY)

Cedar Ashton Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Louisville region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for service connections. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
