Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Louisville, KY)

Bright Cobalt Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Louisville, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 119 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for clinical studies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
