Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Louisville, KY)

Highbridge Drift Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Louisville, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for weigh tickets. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
