Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Fox Water Authority and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 373 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for meter reading. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
