Foxglove Umber Banking Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 64 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Certification in compliance or audit.
