Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Louisville, KY)

Highbridge Pine Financial Group serves customers across Louisville with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory reports.
