Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Louisville, KY)

Fernwood Meadow Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Louisville and nearby communities. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for water quality. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
