Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Louisville, KY)

Clearpath Keystone Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Louisville, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
