Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Louisville, KY)

Redstone Thistle Construction is a Louisville contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for change orders. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
