Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Little Rock, AR)

Westbrook Glen Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Little Rock, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
