Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Ashton Care Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for client records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
