Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Little Rock, AR)

Amberfield Willow Pharma Partners develops and makes medicines in Little Rock, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 423 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for quality documentation. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
