Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Little Rock, AR)

Lumen Loom Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Little Rock. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
