Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Keystone Energy and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
